Just before they get home, the plane hits heavy turbulence, and slams into the ground outside of Camp Crystal Lake.
Unaware of the horrors they are about to face, Jason picks them off one-by-one, until only a few remain.
Many things are then revealed as Kevin is reunited with Krista, and they seal Jason in the plane and blow it up, using the FBI's C-4 explosives.

Rob freaks out, and Jason sustains major damage. Rob succeeds in ramming Jason with a Hummer and pinning him to the bottom of Crystal Lake temporarily. After a mighty struggle, Jason is able to free himself and escapes into the woods.
The police arrive and Rob is taken to the hospital and, being that all his alibis are dead, blamed for the murders. He subsequently escapes as well, fleeing into the woods.

Sunday, May 15, 2002
The next morning, Rob and Kevin begin to lay their plan in motion.
Meanwhile, the reporters get their van stuck in a ditch after arriving at camp, and decide to stay in the cabins and film on location. All attempts to film fail due to power failures and technical errors.
Back in town, the police chief and all other officers go out to investigate the murders at the Jefferson farm, allowing former cop Dwayne Lewis to sneak back into the station and call the FBI.
Jason makes his way back to camp and starts dispatching the reporters one by one. He kills all of them except Carrie, who runs off into the woods, unaware that her palmcorder, attached to her belt, is recording.
The police finally arrive, and Jason wastes no time killing them off as Rob and Kevin reveal themselves to Carrie and explain the situation to her.
Rob and Kevin had a lot in store for Jason, filling him full of all kinds of lead, varying caliber, and a well-place grenade or two. However, Jason gets his licks in too, and is able to subdue his foes, killing Rob and badly injuring Kevin.
Kevin, however, would not go down without a fight, and thanks to an exposed underground power line (and a gunshot causing it to electrify Crystal Lake), Kevin tackles Jason to his death in the superconductor that became the lake.
Despite Carrie's efforts, Kevin dies, but is re-united in the afterlife with Krista, Rob, and many others, including his past love, Jessica.
The FBI, accompanied by Dwayne Lewis, arrives and cleans up the scene, ultimately capturing Jason. Led by project leader Rowan LaFontaine, Jason is taken to the Crystal Lake Research Facility.
August 8, 2003
Jason is resurrected by Freddy Krueger and sent to Springwood, the small town he tortured for years. Freddy is using Jason to instill fear back into the kids of Elm Street so he can be reborn.

Will Rollins sees on TV that the murder took place in former girlfriend Lori Campbell's house. Will and Mark Davis escape Westin Hills Psychiatric Hospital, in search of answers.
Jason, meanwhile, still motivated by Freddy, kills another partier named Blake, and beheads his father.
August 9, 2003
The town is an uproar about the murders, and Will and Mark find Lori and her friends at school. They flee when police arrive.
Lori and her friends Kia and Gibb attend a rave at a nearby corn field to try to escape for a night. Will meets them there, but before they can figure anything out, Jason shows up, and start killing again, dispatching many kids with his machete, including Gibb.
Will then takes them home, but the group meets back up after Lori's father goes ballistic. They hurry back to get Mark, but it's too late. Freddy already got to him. They figure out what Freddy's up to, and discover that everyone who knew of Krueger, including Will and Mark, were locked up and prescribed Hypnocil to keep them from dreaming. No dreams, no Krueger. No Krueger, no death.
As Freddy and Jason move in, they aren't safe awake or asleep. The group breaks back into Westin Hills to search for Hypnocil. However, Jason is right behind them, and Freddy takes over the body of Freeburg, their stoner friend, and dumps all the Hypnocil down the drain.
Jason starts killing them off one-by-one, but not before Freddy (in the form of Freeburg) injects Jason with tranquilizer and knocks him out-- and into his realm, the dream world. The remaining group formulates a plan to pull Freddy out of the dream and into the real world-- where they'll wake up Jason and have him ready for battle at Camp Crystal Lake.
En route, Lori goes to sleep to pull Freddy out, and discovers that Freddy killed her mother. More determined than ever, Lori enters Jason's dream world, where Freddy relentlessly tortures him about his horrid past.
Then, right before Freddy is about to kill Jason in the dream world, the tranquilizer wears off and Jason returns to Camp Crystal Lake to stalk the remaining group. However, after being burnt awake, Lori is successful in dragging Freddy into Jason's world-- the real world.
There, Lori and Will, the last two survivors, look on as Freddy and Jason battle it out in the ultimate match of evil vs. evil. Freddy and Jason tear each other to shreds, and are set ablaze by Lori and Will, then blown into Crystal Lake by some nearby propane tanks.
Freddy emerges with Jason's machete, but before he can do any damage, Jason attacks him with his own claw (and arm) and collapses back into the lake. Lori then grasps the machete and beheads Freddy, as his body falls into the lake.
Lori and Will escape a fiery Camp Crystal Lake. However, Jason emerges from the lake carrying Freddy's decapitated head, the latest trophy for his shrine to mother. Freddy's head winks and laughs, revealing the whole thing is just a dream. Jason wakes up in chains and shackles, still in FBI custody at the Crystal Lake Research Facility.
2010
After attempting to transport Jason, he breaks loose and kills the entire personnel, before being frozen in a cryogenic unit with researcher Rowan LaFontaine.
2455

After bringing Rowan back to life, Jason revives, and kills all but two aboard the ship, before being blown apart by robot droid Kay-Em 14.
As the remaining crew tries to escape, Jason is mistakenly brought back to life and modified as Uber-Jason, complete with a new indestructable mask, arm, and leg.
He continues his rampage as the survivors, Rowan and Tsunaron, along with Kay-Em, watched in dismay as Sgt. Brodski tackled Jason in space and were both immolated in the atmosphere while crashing to Earth II.
